Michelle D. Robinson is an ordained minister, empowerment speaker, writer, life coach and CEO who will inspire you to live your best life ever. She is known as a woman of faith, character and she is tenacious in prayer. She is a living example of how the power of God has the ability to transform and change lives. She believes that if God can change her their life He is able to change your life also. Michelle is a role model to many women, who have a desire to open their own business. Born in the Island of Trinidad to Mitchel and Elvira Robinson.
Michelle migrated to America at the age of thirty with nothing in her possession but her four sons. She found herself having to start over with little more than a high school diploma. While raising her children and holding down two jobs one by day and the other by night, after four years she was able to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as a Cum Laude. Even though Michelle had the love and support of those that were close to her, her faith in God has been the guiding force in her life.
With grace and tenacity, she quickly navigated with determination and skill through the mirage of choices that were available to her; some of which ended in disaster. However, Michelle has been noted for one thing her ability to be resilient no matter what life throws her way. In spite of her many disappointments Michelle stayed true to her cause. Through it all Michelle was armed with two things in her life a dream and a passion. In 2009 Michelle started a nonprofit agency know as Jewel Human Services Inc. in the basement of her mother’s home. After 11 years of steadfastness JHS has grown to a business of over 100 employees.
Michelle spent several years working with people of Special Needs and it is during these years Michelle developed the heart of a servant. Michelle considers herself fortunate to be able to share in the success and growth of these individuals. Michelle treasures the time she spends in their presence as an opportunity, privilege and blessing. If you were to ask Michelle what she wants most in life, she will quickly respond by expressing her desire to help others break their own internal barrier and limitations.
As founder and CEO of Heart to Heart Ministries Michelle has pledge to provide workshops and programs that will produce strong, confident women of class and substance. Michelle’s personal story of success, resilience and determination is an example to many. Heart to Heart has emerged out of the ashes and out of the toughest places in her life. I struggled so much with doing the work that God has assigned to me. like Moses I had so many excuses. However, today I am proud to say that I lay my excuses aside and decide to trust God through it all.
I am pleased to say that that the Lord has deposited tremendous grace, anointing and gifting to accomplish this task and I am happy to release it all without measure. Michelle have been commissioned by God to form H to Has as an umbrella of ministries. The purpose of H to H is to bring people to a place where they can have confidence and faith in God and themselves.
Heart to Heart was founded in July of 2020 during a heartfelt conversation I was having with God. During that time, I was contemplating on the different ministries God had given me. I asked God how am I to organize all the ideas you have placed with me. he clearly said to me to call the ministry heart to heart. He also said that I want you to look at H to H as the umbrella under which all the other ministries will fall under. Needless to say, I loved the idea it was the best idea ever and I am here today doing just what God had instructed me to do.
